First updates & plans ahead
Hello everyone!
First we'd like to thank you all for all the feedback so far, it's invaluable to us as we will be improving the game in any way possible :)
We're going through suggestions as fast as we can and will look into any bugs you find as soon as possible - that said if you have problems with loading the game or the game bugging out, please drop a comment, join our discord, or email us at andraz@gamexstudio.si
We've pushed a couple of updates already::
- some players got a "e308 bug" which broke their save. We fixed this and also added an auto-save correction. So if this happened to you just refresh the game and you should be able to continue where you left off normally
- We've improved the UI to respond better to game iframe size
- we've done several other bugfixes and improvements
- today we've added Russian translation to the game as well!
Upcoming updates
Although this is a demo, it doesn't mean that we won't keep updating it! We're reading your comments, and will be addressing any issues, and make sure to improve the game in any way we can! Suggestions and criticism is highly appreciated :)
We are also working on preparing a WiKi that we'll be able to improve with you as time goes on, but for the time being a few tips, that quite some players miss because they're not as clear as they should be:
- You CAN assign/build more than 1 citizen/building at a time. The option shows up in the top right of the game as "QoL settings" after 5th mission, and allow you to buy/assign in 1/10/100/max/10%, 50%, OCD!
- You CAN delete from build queue (not from tank production yet, but it is coming), by clicking on the Queue box at the top right
- If you ever get stuck (not enough build spots), make sure to rearrange by demolishing buildings that are maybe not really needed at the time to make more space for what you really need to progress
- Make sure to check out settings, as there's a bunch of useful things there you might want :)
- Buildings will only consume resources based on the ratio of max workers you assign to them. Use this to quickly juggle things around if you need to
We're excited to keep updating the game for you - it's a massive challenge to properly balance and explain a game with so much depth, so we're truly grateful for any feedback so we can improve off it :)
