Update v 0.4.9.7 - more bugfixes, improvements

Hey,
We continue to go through our massive to-do list of updates!

Version 0.4.9.7 brings:
- vastly reduced frequency of "wishlist us popups" on the demo version, the longer you play the less spammy these will become
- new settings added for removing certain sounds/effects
- fixed some bugs in combat, where tanks were not being hit properly. This should help run battles at higher timelapse speeds accurately!
- some sounds lowered in volume to not be annoying
- several other minor bugfixes/Display issues fixed
